Pickup, delivery & returns

Pickup

Online orders are pulled from the yard after you pay. We email you when your order is ready — please wait for that email before driving over. Pickup is at 539A Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA, during business hours.

If an item turns out to be unavailable when we pull your order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or refund that item to your card.

Delivery

We deliver locally from Halifax across the South Shore (see delivery). Delivery fees depend on distance and load size, and we confirm the fee and date with you before scheduling. Bulk loads and difficult-access sites are quoted individually. We do not ship by carrier.

Cancellations

To cancel an order that hasn't been picked up or delivered, call (617) 251-0004 as soon as possible.

Returns, refunds and plant guarantee

Our return and plant-guarantee terms are being finalized. Until they're posted, please call (617) 251-0004 with any problem with an order and we'll work it out with you.

Refunds for online orders are issued to the original card through Square.
