This policy explains what Nature View Nursery & Landscape Supply Corp (“Nature View”, “we”) collects through natureviewnursery.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you send in forms: name, email, phone, company, project information, files you upload, and your preferred contact method.
• Order details when you buy online. Card payments are processed by Square; card numbers go directly to Square and never reach our servers.
• Basic usage data (pages visited, device type, referring site and campaign tags) when analytics is enabled.

How we use it

• To answer your request, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, arrange delivery and manage contractor accounts.
• To keep a customer record in our point-of-sale system (Square).
• To understand which pages and campaigns help customers, so we can improve the site.

We don't sell your personal information. We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

If you ask us to reply by text, we'll text you about that request only. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Service providers

We use Square (payments, orders and customer records), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (form storage) and, if enabled, Google Analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
